MANCHESTER ARENA – There was a whole lotta Tyson going on at Wednesday’s press conference for the heavyweight championship clash between Wladimir Klitschko and Tyson Fury. With cheerleaders dancing on, Tyson Fury entered Manchester arena, removed his shirt and addressed Klitschko, “You let a fat man beat you! I’m Fat as a pig and 30 stone, but I could beat him right now.”

Wladimir has almost all of the belts, and has defeated countless titlists — some of them twice — and silenced the former WBA champion David Haye! So why is Wladimir Klitschko criticized? Is he boring? He doesn’t take many risks? Is it because he’s a Europesan title holder and has beat every top American Heavyweight out there?
Regardless of what you may think there’s something to be said about a technically sound heavyweight boxer who’s great jab is reminiscent of the great Larry Holmes. Believe me, there have been times I wanted to change the channel because his cautious boxing style is like watching grass grow. But you can’t deny Wladimir’s relevance amongst some of the great heavyweights. You have to give props to a fighter like Klitschko.
